Location: Nisha Halo Jewellery Studio (6 Helm Grove, Ulverston, LA12 9SX. Parking Available Outside)
Price: £399 per Couple (includes tuition, tools, equipment & Hallmarking by London Assay Office)
Additional Ring Material Cost : to be confirmed before workshop. Please contact Nisha here with your preferred Workshop Date(s), UK Ring Sizes, whether you want to know about 9ct or 18ct gold (or both) and whether you prefer Court Style, Flat Bands, or Round Band Rings.
Designing and crafting your own sentimental wedding bands with your own hands adds a truly personal touch and creates a lasting memory of these significant pieces of jewellery that will be treasured forever. You can create your own special wedding rings in Nisha’s beautiful private Ulverston home-based Jewellery studio using traditional jewellery-making techniques.
At the Workshop you will be guided through the whole design and ring making process using your sheet precious metals or wire and the provided tools and equipment. Your rings can be textured, patterned, hand engraved and then you will solder and finish your rings before they are sent for Hallmarking and returned to you.
The cost of your chosen precious metals are in addition to the workshop, . Nisha will arrange an initial quote for approval, followed by an invoice. To order the materials you wish to use prior to the workshop, please note the class and material cost is to be paid up front before the workshop. You can make your wedding bands using a choice of:
9ct Yellow, Rose Gold or White Gold - (Quote required)
18ct Yellow, Rose Gold or White Gold - (Quote required)
You may decide that one of you prefers to use Sterling Silver and the other Gold (we will provide a total quote)
*For all gold/red gold/white gold rings your finished rings will be need to sent away for Hallmarking to comply with UK Law – this can take around 3 weeks for the rings to be returned to you. Sterling Wedding Rings are usually under the weight restriction that require Hallmarking, unless they are heavier pieces that meet the legal weight threshold, Nisha can advise.
Other: Beverages are included at the session

Please note, when booking and paying a workshop through Nisha Halo you are agreeing to abide by our full Terms and Conditions. All workshops must be paid for in full prior to the workshop. Once payment is made for a workshop, you will be emailed prior to the workshop to confirm any further information.
Cancellation
If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop, please contact Nisha Halo at nisha@nishahalo.co.uk as soon as possible. Please note, we need at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rebook the date of the workshop; with 48 hours notice if cancelling, we can refund the cost minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover our administrative charges. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop taking place, this will result in 50% of the workshop fee being retained by Nisha Halo Ltd. Please note the cost of materials especially ordered for you - including but not limited to - gold/white gold/red gold are non-refundable as we are unable to return, however you will be given the raw precious metals you paid for.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a jewellery workshop, we will contact you with as much notice as possible on the email/telephone number you have provided and either rebook or refund the full workshop fee and any pre-payment for raw materials, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for wasted travel costs or circumstances beyond our control.
Inclusivity
Nisha Halo is an inclusive company, however for the purposes of making jewellery you will need good use of your hands and eyesight. Please bring with you glasses if you need them for close up work. If you have any additional needs, please let us know how we can help.
Health & Safety
The minimum age for workshop is 16 years old, please note those aged 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult at any workshop.
You will be provided full guidance on all use of tools and equipment and may be asked to wear provided Protective Equipment at times.
Please note, you must follow instructions from the workshop instructors on the safe use of the equipment at all times, to avoid injury to yourself or to a third party. Nisha Halo is not held liable for an accidents that occur due to a workshop attendee’s failure to listen to instructions, nor to refund the workshop fee as a result of this.
