Handmade Cremation Ashes Jewellery Made In the Lake District, Cumbria

Losing a loved one is absolutely heart-breaking and many people find comfort in having a memorial jewellery piece made with their loved one’s cremation ashes, as a lasting way of keeping them close.

Nisha at Nisha Halo Jewellery designs and handcrafts cremation ashes jewellery with care and attention-to-detail; this includes (but is not limited to) rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and cufflinks in sustainable 925 Sterling Silver and/or Gold.

There are three different options Nisha uses to add cremation ashes to a piece of handmade jewellery:

1. As in the Pendant Necklace in the first picture on the left, Nisha can create a jewellery design, then set the ashes within a Bezel in Eco-Resin – in this example the ashes are set in green resin -a wide range of different colours are available.

2. Next to the Pendant Necklace is a small round Charm where the ashes have been mixed into Silver Metal Clay and then fired to become Fine Silver. Silver Metal Clay containing ashes can be made into many different shapes with various textures and easily engraved.

3. The third option as pictured in the Silver ring, is to place the cremation ashes under a gemstone – this is done by making a taller ‘wall’ (bezel) round the gemstone, so the ashes can be held securely underneath.
